John the Baptist's disciples were concerned about Jesus's baptisms and John taught that all things came from God, and that he is only a friend of the bridegroom (Jesus) and he rejoices to hear Jesus's voice. John also taught that Jesus must increase and that John must decrease, and that Jesus speaks the words of God, and that whoever believes in Jesus, God's Son, has eternal life, but unbelievers remain under the wrath of God.
