Good Friday Evening - Luke 23:44-49
As Jesus suffered on the cross unjustly, His Father fullly and fiercely poured out His wrath on Him for our sins. The sun's light failed and the curtain of the temple was torn in two indicating that the barrier between God and us caused by our sins has been removed by the redeeming work of Christ on the cross.
