Flee to God - Psalm 11:1-7
The response of the psalmist, prompted by the Spirit, is the beginning of the psalm, where he declares that he takes refuge in the Lord. The reason that he does this is that he is afflicted and pursued, in need of protection, and the Lord is the only real place of protection for him, and his trust is in the Lord, and his steadfast love.
