A Deadly Delay - John 11:1-16
Mary and Martha sent word to Jesus that Lazarus was very sick. Jesus, even though he loves Lazarus and his sisters, stays away for two days, because by waiting, God and the Son of God will be glorified. Jesus knew Lazarus died and went to Bethany to "awaken him".
