It is a joy to reflect on God’s faithfulness in establishing San Antonio Reformed Church.  We had our first meeting as a Bible study on March 4, 2011 in the home of Gideon and Rachel Harris.  Little did we know then how the Lord would work through us to plant a new church!  As our Bible study grew and developed, we petitioned the Presbytery of the Southwest (OPC) to be recognized as a mission work.  We held our first worship service on October 30, 2011 at the Comfort Suites on I-35 and Rittiman Rd.  In May 2012, Pastor Andrew Moody was installed as an evangelist to continue his work in planting the church.

And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name
under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.”

We are blessed to be a mission church of the Orthodox Presbyterian Church (OPC).  If you would like to learn more you can download this helpful brochure.

We rejoice to see God continuing to change lives in our midst!  As we continue to grow and develop as a church, we are excited about how God is writing the next chapter of our lives together.  Here are some photos from our early days when we began as a Bible study on the NE side of town.  It is a blessing to look back and see how God has worked to build His church in our midst!
